I am a certified personal trainer, presently at a high-end golf performance facility in Santa Monica, CA.

Six years ago, I was introduced to What the Foot, and instantaneously knew the practice was for me. In March of 2015, I took my first course in San Francisco, and truly fell in love with the AiM philosophy. AiM was the missing piece to my knowledge of the human body, and the answers I was searching for. I found it to be the truest map of human motion centered around philosophies of nature using intentional movement to allow your own body to heal itself, while not relying on a specialist to change it for you. I began integrating the philosophy into my career, and it has changed my life both personally and professionally. I found AiM could be applied equally to helping those in debilitating pain to optimizing sports performance. In my early years of study, understanding the bones and joint motions of the foot were my weakest areas of learning, and now they’re my strongest. Due to personal injury in my head and neck, I also found it hard to connect with the movements we were learning in AiM. Through the process of reconnecting those lost movements, I was able to better understand the material. My highest values are continuing education and sharing knowledge with others in hopes my past experiences may support you in your own educational journey. I encourage you to immerse yourself in the world of AiM, it will change the way you help people.
